Zoho Stone continues to provide traditional precast cast stone elements in-house for architectural applications where cement-based materials are required by performance, code, or functional demands.

Certain components—such as balustrade systems, guardrails, copings, and other load-bearing or impact-resistant elements—may necessitate conventional precast solutions where lightweight cladding materials are not appropriate. These elements are fabricated under Zoho Stone’s direct quality control to ensure consistency, durability, and precise execution.

Our precast production complies with ASTM C1364 requirements and operates under continuous testing and rigorous quality-control protocols to maintain dimensional accuracy, long-term performance, and workplace safety.

While Zoho Stone maintains full in-house capability to deliver traditional precast systems, Forton MG® remains our preferred and recommended solution for architectural products such as columns and moldings and rainscreen applications. Developed specifically to reduce weight, complexity, and environmental impact, Forton MG provides a cleaner alternative to cement-based façade systems—without compromising architectural intent.
